General
- Respect and Quiet Hours
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. No noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
- Liability
- The landlord is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- Any damage to the property must be reported immediately and will be charged to the guest.
- Visitors
- Visitors are welcome during the day. Overnight stays are only allowed with prior approval.
- The maximum number of people per accommodation or campsite may not be exceeded.
- Use of Playground Equipment
- Use of playground equipment is entirely at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
For Apartments
- Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM
- Check-out before 11:00 AM
- Cleaning and Waste
- Please leave the apartment tidy. The kitchen must be clean, garbage disposed of and dishes done.
- Waste must be separated and placed in the designated containers in the kitchen.
- Smoking and Pets
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
For Campsite
- Arrival and Departure
- Arrival from 2:00 PM
- Departure before 11:00 AM
- Use of the Pitch
- Only camping equipment that fits within the dimensions of the allocated pitch is allowed.
- Open fires are not allowed. Barbecuing is only permitted at the campfire spot.
- Sanitary Facilities and Utilities
- Please keep the sanitary buildings clean and tidy.
- Use water and electricity responsibly; avoid waste.
- Pets
📝 Cancellation Policy – Apartments & Campsites
1. General Conditions
- All cancellations must be made in writing (by email or contact form) and are only valid once confirmed by us.
- The date of cancellation is the date on which we receive the written notice.
2. Cancellation by the Guest
The following charges apply depending on the time of cancellation before the arrival date:

5 days till day of arrival 100% of the total amount
In case of early departure, no refunds will be given.
3. Changes to the Reservation
- Changes to the booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 5 days before arrival.
- If the new dates result in a higher price, the difference must be paid by the guest.
- We reserve the right to treat significant changes as a cancellation and new booking.
4. Cancellation by the Host
- In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, damage to the accommodation, or force majeure).
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued. No further claims can be made.
5. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that guests take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected events or last-minute cancellations.
